Welcome to Who's Up? Fight Card ("Who's Up?," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"), a mobile application developed and operated by Apps by Ashlee.

Who's Up? helps mixed martial arts (MMA) organizations manage fight cards and allows spectators, athletes, coaches, and other users to follow bout information and event progress.

We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use our App.

By using Who's Up?, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following information.

A. Account Information

Organizations that register for an account may provide:

• Organization name
• Account authentication information
• Other information submitted through account settings

We use Firebase Authentication to manage user authentication. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider rather than stored as readable passwords in our application database.

B. Guest Information

Who's Up? allows spectators and other users to browse events without creating a traditional account.

Guest sessions may use anonymous authentication, which generates a unique identifier to support access to the App.

Guests are not required to provide their names or email addresses simply to browse public event information.

C. Event and Bout Information

Organizations may submit information including:

• Event names and dates
• Event locations and venue details
• Organization names
• Fighter names
• Bout numbers and divisions
• Bout statuses and event updates

This information is used to display fight cards and provide event tracking functionality.

Event and fighter information submitted for public display may be visible to other users of the App.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights or permissions to submit and publish this information.

D. Payment Information

Organizations may purchase event activation services through Square, our third-party payment processor.

Square processes payment information, including payment card details, in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

We do not intentionally collect or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes in our application database.

We may retain transaction-related information, such as:

• Payment identifiers
• Organization identifiers
• Payment amounts and currency
• Transaction and activation statuses
• Event identifiers associated with purchases
• Payment timestamps

This information helps us confirm purchases, activate events, maintain transaction records, and investigate payment issues.

E. Device and Technical Information

Our service providers may process certain technical information necessary to operate the App, which may include device identifiers, authentication identifiers, diagnostic information, and information needed to deliver push notifications.

Where supported and permitted, notification-related device tokens may be used to deliver updates.

2. Authenticate users and maintain guest sessions.
3. Allow organizations to create, manage, and update MMA events.
4. Display fight cards and live bout statuses.

We do not use payment card details to independently process transactions outside our payment provider.

We do not sell personal information to third-party data brokers.

We may share or make information available in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We use third-party providers to operate essential App functionality, including:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, database storage, backend functionality, and messaging services.
• Square: Payment processing and transaction management.
• Apple and Google: Mobile application distribution and platform services, where applicable.

These providers may process information according to their own applicable privacy policies and agreements.

Public Event Information: Fighter names, event details, bout information, and related updates may be visible to users browsing the App.

Business Changes: Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

5. Push Notifications

Who's Up? may send notifications about MMA events and bout status changes.

Notifications may include updates such as:

• Upcoming bouts
• Fighters who are on deck
• Fighters who are up now
• Other relevant event updates

Users may manage notification permissions through their device settings.

Disabling notifications does not prevent users from viewing available event information within the App.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use Firebase and associated cloud infrastructure to support authentication, data storage, and application functionality.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Users should take appropriate precautions to protect their account credentials and devices.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the App, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Completed and past events may remain available in an organization's event archive unless removed.

Payment and transaction records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, even if an associated event or account is deleted.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable requirements.

8. Account Deletion and Privacy Requests

Organization account holders may request deletion of their accounts and associated personal information.

Users may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and any legitimate retention requirements.

Certain transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

Who's Up? is intended for MMA organizations, athletes, coaches, spectators, and other individuals interested in MMA events.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
